Buddhist Monks will start Chanting at 7pm, followed by Meditation 

and afterwards we will do some easy Chakra Yoga Poses and 

Body Movement.

$10 is the fee for this Event and $5 of that will be donated to 

Ratanapanya Meditation Center

(Recommended to bring two $5 bills for each person)

Yoga Mats will be provided
