Earth Day June 22, 2017

Earth Day is an annual event created to celebrate the planet’s environment and raise public awareness about pollution. The day, marked on April 22, is observed worldwide with rallies, conferences, outdoor activities and service projects. It is important to be Aware of Earth Day because our planet is truly a magnificent place. The Earth is an incredibly complex and vibrant ecosystem, where living organisms interact with each other and their environment to create the ideal conditions for life.

What you can do on Earth Day is step back, take a deep breath and appreciate Earth in all its splendor. But for many people Earth Day holds the potential to ignite broad environmental action.

Here are some things You Can Do on Earth Day

1) Get a recyclable water bottle

2) Start composting

3) Plant a garden

4) Buy a tree certificate

You may not be able to do ALL of this things but if you start with at least ONE thing, that will get the ball rolling!
