I walk

Each Step Kisses the Ground

I Breathe in

and Thank You

I Am Available

Walking with my Eyes Open

to See the Earth

which is Covered with

Trash and Treasure

I Am Availble

I am starting to Find Joy

in the Most Unexpected Places

I Am Available

to find the Gifts

that are Left for Me

Feathers, Flowers. Findings

I Am Available

I see Soul Shells

that are no longer Occupied

I Grieve for a Moment

and then give Thanks and Love

to that Creature that is no longer Walking this Earth

I Am Available

and I am Awed by my Surroundings

I say Thank You Nature Spirit

Thank You Mother Earth

and Thank You to the Soul in my Body

that Walks Me through This Day
